Description
The scope of the work is to include the following: Replacement of approximately 10,000 s.f. of existing asphalt shingle roofing at the main roof structure, Repair and restoration or replacement of fascias, rakes, soffits, gutters and downspouts;, Selective masonry restoration and reflashing where designated, Supply and installation of new aluminum ladders where indicated. Structural repairs and modifications, including but not limited to roof sheathing replacement. Final completion and close out shall occur no later than One-Hundred Forty-Nine (149) consecutive calendar days after issuance of a notice to proceed/execution of the contract. Bonds required.
