Description
The County of Gloucester invites bids for the construction of a Transportation Administration and Bus Maintenance Facility. Site work includes, but is not limited to: clearing approximately 16 acres of densely wooded area, drainage work, provision of subgrade utilities, and pavement systems. Building construction includes erecting a pre-engineered metal building (PEB) of approximately 16,460 square feet at ground level. The building will include an office area of approximately 5,360 SF and a high-bay maintenance shop area of approximately 10,460 SF. The fuel pad area will include a relocated fuel storage tank and four pumps, plus a new, pre-engineered overhead canopy 45 feet wide by 70 feet long. Q&A due by 4pm, 8/4/21.
