Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit sealed qualifications for additional qualified Contractors and/or individuals to establish a Pre-Qualified Contractor’s term contract for the various ‘trades’ specified herein. Those selected pre-qualified contractors may be afforded ‘contracting opportunities’ to furnish labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for new construction, renovations, alterations, maintenance and emergency repair projects (“projects”) on an as needed basis as directed by the University, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Contract period: Twelve (12) Month Period from September 1, 2021 - August 31, 2022 with One (1), Twelve (12) Month Renewal Option. Q&A due by 2pm, 7/30/21. DBE GFE required. Bonds required.
