Description
The scope of the Smith Building Renovation includes the renovation of approximately 43,243 square feet of the former Sponsor’s Hall/former hotel into an office building. The project includes the five “Pavilions” at the corner of Duffy and Darden Blvd. The project will include a full interior renovation with select exterior improvements. For clarity, the Pavilions will be labeled I, II, III, IV, and V starting with the northern most pavilion and the connecting building portions referred to as hyphens. Construction is estimated to begin in September 2021 with a 12 month schedule.
