Description
Work under this contract will include, but not be limited to: A building addition to the
north side of the Cambridge Farms Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The addition Work will
consist of two (2) new chemical feed/storage rooms; existing chemical feed system
relocations, selective process piping and valve demolition, removal of one (1) roughing
filter from each filter train; unit heaters, wall heaters, exhaust fans and louver demolition;
demolition of various switches, fixtures, and conduits; existing emergency generator
demolition; installation of a new diesel driven emergency generator and automatic transfer
switch (ATS); new installation of 3 cartridge finishing filters, piping, valves, and instrumentation installation; new UV disinfection equipment, piping, structural supports,
and control valves installation; and other improvements and installations such as new
roofing for the entire building, new mechanical ventilation equipment, new electrical
service, new well pump controls and new SCADA controls. Q&A due by 4pm, 7/27/21. Bonds required.
