Description
Removal of existing plumbing fixtures, existing lighting fixtures, existing finishes including partitions, doors, hardware, flooring, ceiling, concrete slab sections at the existing Men’s Toilet room. The proposed work includes creating a single user ADA Toilet and a standard single user Toilet. The proposed work includes re-purposing the existing plumbing fixtures, new lighting fixtures, mechanical equipment, partitions, ceilings, new doors and finishes. All work under this contract shall be completed within 50 days of Notice to Proceed Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
