The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide professional engineering design services, including all associated engineering services, necessary to advance the W-9 Upper Leon Creek Sewer Capacity Storage Relief Project identified within this RFQ to the final design phase, which includes both bid and construction phase services. SAWS will provide Respondents with design deliverables as part of this RFQ.
