• Prepare (7) designated classrooms to accommodate accordion style dividing curtains including additional emergency exit doors and necessary mechanical, electrical and other modifications o (6) rooms will receive new doors o (1) room has (2) existing doors that will be moved to new locations within the room, and hard walls will be built in their original locations • Coordinate project with school and other vendors Rough Sizes of doors (must be field verified by vendor) 1. Room 210: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-2" X 9'-10" 2. Room 212: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-0" X 9'-10" 3. Room 214: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-0" X 9'-10" 4. Room 217: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-4" X 9'-10" 5. Room 247: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-2" X 9'-10" 6. Room 252: One (1) Manually Operated (Single Parting) accordion door at 28'-6" X 9'-10" Rooms 240 & 242: Move existing accordion doors to new location in same space Other: • The first day of school is Wednesday August 18th. If installation occurs on or after August 18th services must be provided on weekends or outside of regular school hours which are 7:30a.m. to 4p.m. M, T, F, and 7:30a.m. to 3p.m. W & Th. • Original install subs or those most familiar with the facility may be very helpful with the timeline. Bonds required. Term is five years.
