Description
Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required for project construction including but not limited to; traffic control, construction fencing, demolition and clearing, grading and drainage, concrete curbs, banding and paving, play equipment installation, play surfacing, site furnishings installation, chain-link fencing and gates and other miscellaneous items as shown on the plans and in the specifications.
Add Alternate: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required for construction of the concrete walkway from Victoria Road into the main park area including but not limited to; traffic control, construction fencing, demolition and clearing of areas within the Add Alternate limits, grading and drainage, concrete paving, chain-link fencing and gate, site furnishings installation and other miscellaneous items as shown on the plans and in the specifications. Deadline for questions is 8/13/21 by 2:00 . Bonds. 50 working days.
