Description
The project is to replace the hydronic water lines at the Clovis Civic Center. The work includes replacement of new chilled piping and hot water piping, isolation valves, concrete sidewalk replacement and resurfacing in kind, repair of landscaping and irrigation, and all related work for the replacements of heating and cooling system for the Library, City Hall, Council Chamber, and PDS building. Project duration is 30 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
