Description
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, providing, hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement to the lines and levels indicated on adjacent existing surfaces, or as directed by the Engineer. Additional work shall include providing, hauling, distributing and placing tack materials in order to place an asphalt concrete pavement overlay. Work will also include placing Port provided nonwoven geotextile fabric material after tack placement, but before asphalt overlay. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and apparatus specifically not mentioned or noted on the plans, but which are incidental and necessary to perform the work as required. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
