Description
The Work entails the remodeling of an approximately 1,690 sf area within an existing school building. The purpose of the project is to convert a space that was originally a vocational education room into staff office and instructional space - including the addition of two toilet rooms and teaching kitchen. Electrical and Plumbing work will be Design/Build per plans, and shall be included in the bid. Bonds required. Prevailing Wages.
