Description
The Project consists of the removal of existing roof membranes, flashing, coping, and insulation on building 5 of the Louisiana Department of Corrections Headquarters. Following demolition of old roof systems, new tapered insulation and SBS modified bitumen roof membranes will be installed. Additional work includes demolition / removal of non-operational HVAC equipment, patching of damaged plaster/stucco, repair to damaged masonry, and masonry waterproofing. The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract within 90 consecutive calendar days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
