Description
The project consists of the installation of 2 stream monitoring systems, one upstream and one downstream of the Bowman Pond Dam. The stream monitoring systems consist of the installation of a cast in place concrete caisson, supporting a steel frame that supports the stream monitoring system, which consists of a water level sensor and rain gauge. The project occurs at 2 locations an upstream and a downstream location as follows: The upstream location is near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Brookside Way in Rye Brook, New York. The downstream location is near the intersection of Wappanocca Avenue and Natoma Street in Rye New York. MBE goal is 10%, WBE goal is 6%, SDVOB goal is 3%, and EEO goal is 45%.
