Description
The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Roof and Gutters replacement and restoration, roof drains, sidewalk where required and incidental work related to the project. Principal items of work in the project include: Roof Replacement Built-in Gutter Restoration Terra Cotta Repointing Parapet Repairs Scupper and Downspout Installation Subsurface Drain Piping. The work shall be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the execution of the contract.
