Description

The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm-fixed hourly rate contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) to provide “On-Call” Carpentry Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, resources and workmanship as required to provide “On-Call” Carpentry Repair and Replacement Services on interior and exterior structures at PWCS facilities in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions stated herein. The initial term of this contract shall be from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional two-year periods. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
