Description
Howard County intends to procure the services of one construction firm to construct a Compost Processing Building at the Alpha Ridge Landfill. The project includes the construction of a 30,000 s.f. pre-engineered fabric membrane structure, concrete floor and push walls, fiber reinforced concrete topping, site work, retaining wall, stormwater management, storm drains, site paving, and utility work including submersible pump system, small diameter force main, water main and sewer and conduit for extension of electrical service. bonds required.
