Description
Sediment was released into a potential wetland area located on land owned by Mecklenburg County behind residences near the intersection of Hillston Ridge Road and Culcairn Road in Huntersville, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (site or subject site) due to a waterline failure in March 2021. Access to the sediment deposition area is poor because other wetlands surround the sediment area with the exception of the residential areas to the east. The selected Company will have 90 business days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project.
