Description
In an effort to continue to enhance and preserve the SDHC’s real estate portfolio assets and the quality of living standards of its residents, the San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) intends
to conduct waste line surveys at 14 properties in the City of San Diego as detailed in the attached. The Scope of Work (SOW) under this project encompasses the videotaping and mapping of the
sewer lines and drains to identify potential bellies or damaged throughout the property into the City sewer main. This work will be completed in tandem with sewer line jetting that will be
coordinated by the construction manager. Project duration is 30 days. Bonds required.
