Monroe Town Hall ADA Improvements Contract 1G, Monroe, NY

Furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete construction of the Monroe Town Hall ADA Improvement Project. This shall include but not be limited to, permits and fees, closeout documents, as-built drawings, cutting and patching, coordination and construction, furnishing of all materials, selective demolition work and removals as well as patching of disturbed areas; concrete work, rough carpentry work, composite decking work, PVC railing work, door hardware work, gypsum board work, exterior painting work, interior painting work, trenching, backfilling and compaction work, top soil work, rough grading work, finish grading work, seeding work, planting work, and all other items to comprise a fully functional facility. This contract shall provide dumpsters as required for the removal of debris from all prime contractors, temporary construction barriers to separate work areas from occupied spaces, temporary shoring as depicted on plans. Work shall also include wiring devices, switches and circuit breaker work; low voltage electrical power conductors and cables work, etc. and other work necessary for a complete job.
