Description
The Contra Costa County Public Works Department solicits proposals from qualified and experienced firms (Contractor) to provide On-Call Elevator Services at various locations throughout the County. The County has 78 elevators, dumbwaiters, and wheelchair lifts requiring “full-service” maintenance and repair throughout the County. These lifts include hydraulic and traction units used for freight, passenger elevators. Manufacturers include Thyssenkrupp, Otis, Dream Ride and KONE. These elevators service requirements include full service, emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and routine safety inspections. The RFP includes list of all known lifts on County property, descriptions of the units, and their locations. Questions are due no later than Aug 6th @ 3:00 PM. Prevailing wages apply.
