The intent of this project is to improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety and access by constructing an 8-ft wide multi-use path along County Road 283 from North of US Highway 98 to East Mitchel Avenue. The proposed alignment runs approximately 6-ft to 10-ft off the eastern edge of County Road 283. The project consists of the construction of a multiuse path, regrading of existing driveways, signing and markings, and the maintenance of traffic needed to construct the multi-use path. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
