Water Conserv II WRF Preliminary Treatment System Improvements, Orlando, FL

The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the Water Conserv II WRF preliminary treatment system improvements consisting of, but not limited to, the following: construction of a new preliminary treatment structure; installation of process equipment including but not limited to perforated plate mechanical screens, grit removal equipment, grit separation and classification equipment, screening washing and compacting equipment, grit pumps, screening conveying sluice channel, sluice channel pumps and channel slide gates; installation of new odor control equipment and appurtenances; construction of preliminary treatment system pump station including pumps and appurtenances; construction of new CMU block electrical building and electrical equipment; construction of new access road and site lighting; installation of new preliminary treatment system influent, effluent pipe and other process yard piping; demolition and disposal of existing preliminary treatment system concrete structure and all equipment, odor controls structure, process and odor control piping, electric and controls conduits and appurtenances; removal of starters on existing Aeration Blower Building 06-MCC-A and 06-MCC-B; removal of existing 30 inch control valve (CV2070); demolition and disposal of control valve concrete vault; removal of existing Maintenance Building drain pump station pumps and appurtenances; and conversion of existing drain pump station to a sewer manhole.
