Grounds Maintenance for City Owned Lots, Orlando, FL

The City of Orlando is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide grounds maintenance and debris removal at various City-owned lots and other areas as designated by the Code Enforcement Division Manager or his designee. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, suppliers, and the supervision for the performance of the grounds maintenance and debris removal services as specified herein. Site locations for the performance of the Work are listed herein, and these sites must be accepted by Contractor as being in an “as is condition” at the time of contract execution. All work is to be completed Monday through Friday, excluding City Holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Local Time, City of Orlando, so work can be monitored while in progress. Contractor must have their own equipment maintenance agreements, or an in-house maintenance program to ensure that all equipment used in the performance of services under this contract is well maintained and in good condition throughout the term of the contract.
