The successful bidder shall maintain all of the County’s electric doors under the care of the Carroll County Bureau of Facilities. The successful bidder shall maintain all electric doors in a safe and proper operating condition – inspect, clean, adjust, lubricate, repair or replace broken components. The successful bidder shall respond to maintenance and emergency calls in the specified time frames. It is the intent of these specifications to provide full maintenance service for all electric doors at various County buildings. The maintenance coverage shall include monthly maintenance visits, all labor and parts and unlimited regular hours call back service. Carroll County reserves the right to extend this contract, in one-year increments beginning October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 to the successful bidder, renewable. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
