Description

This project involves the planting of native trees to establish and/or enhance an upland and streamside forest buffer. 7.64 acres will be planted on an open space parcel owned by Carroll County Commissioners. The trees in this project shall be planted and maintained in conformance with the specifications provided in this document and the planting plan created. The planting of trees must occur from October 15, 2021 – December 15, 2021. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
