Description

The Project includes HVAC Upgrades at existing Senior Center involving removal of existing through-wall PTAC units and installation of a new HVAC system for the entire building as indicated on the Bidding and Contract Documents. Wall patching, painting, and ceiling work will be required. A new concrete pad will be installed for the new heat pump units. Split system units will be installed for select rooms on the lower level. Sub-bids will be received until August 11, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include HVAC and Electrical. Construction Start: September 8, 2021. Date of Substantial Completion: January 7, 2022. Date of Final Completion: January 21, 2022. Bonds and prevailing wages
