Description

Firm Fixed price Contract. Fresno Housing is requesting bids for the remodel of the central office lobby and board room, located at 1331 Fulton Street, Fresno CA. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the remodel. (Except as otherwise stated with the attached Specifications, set forth in the General Scope of Work, and in a condition acceptable to the Housing Authorities). Bidders will be required to submit bids for construction projects, which require the payment of state prevailing wages and certified payroll and 5% retention for this work. Questions cutoff date 7/29/21 by 7:00 pm. HUD and Section 3 requirements apply.
