Description

In total, there are ten single flight stairs on the site, all with the same construction: steel framing with concrete treads and a concrete platform (See Appendix A and B). SPHA’s engineering firm observed and recorded any deficiencies or issues that will require remediation (either immediate or future) to fix and stop further degradation of the stair structure. Many issues observed were minor in nature and repeated on almost every stair. Questions cut off is 8/4/21 by 9:00 am.
