Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for a Public CMc Project under IC 5-32 For: Allisonville Elementary School, 4900 East 79th St, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Bid Packages: Bid Scope 060 General Trades & Sitework; Bid Scope 114 Food Service Equipment; Bid Scope 211 Fire Protection; Bid Scope 220 Plumbing & HVAC; and Bid Scope 260 Electrical. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under multiple prime contracts with Smoot Construction, LLC based on bids received and awarded. Any combination of bid packages will be allowed and encouraged; however, it is not required to bid on individual Bid Packages to bid a combined Bid Package. The Construction Manager as Constructor will manage the Project. Pre-qualified bidders are to send a request to be added to the bidders list via an email request to [email protected] from the email address the bidder wishes to be registered as the main contact for the bidder. An invitation to download the bidding documents will be sent to the requesting email address. Bonds required.
