Description
The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of new sidewalk along Savannah Rd near the Town of Lewes from Quaker Rd to a point where the Georgetown to Lewes Trail crosses Savanna Rd. The sidewalk will be constructed on the south side of Savannah Road. Work to include curb and sidewalk, paving, drainage improvements, watermain services, and site amenities. Start date on or about 10/4/21, and work must be completed within 89 calendar days. DBE goal 13%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
