Description
The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide hazardous waste transportation services as needed for various combined & separated sewer system pipe cleaning tasks performed by the Department. This successful Contractor will be expected to perform the following hazardous waste management functions: • Transport, and dispose of hazardous waste from the City of Sacramento. • Obtain EPA ID numbers from the City as necessary and create a compliance log of City EPA ID numbers. Optional Items: • Provide bins for hazardous waste. • Provide 3 firms to perform 3rd party sampling, testing, and analytical services to characterize solid waste. The sampling shall not be permitted by the Contractor or the Certified Landfill. Project duration is 1 year with renewal options. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM on Aug 9th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
