Description
General Description: The project consists of the interior build-out of 7th (top) Floors of existing Buildings A and B at the UCSF Mount Zion Campus. The project is approximately 27,000SF and includes patient rooms and various support rooms, a dining area, conference/group/multipurpose rooms, a pharmacy, offices, and an open air recreation area. All new rooftop HVAC equipment and electrical/lighting systems will be provided to serve the 7th Floors. The existing roofing will be replaced. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
