Full Interoperable Public Safety Radio System & Maintenance, Carson, CA

The City of Carson is soliciting proposals to select a firm that best qualifies to provide a complete interoperable public safety radio system, Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) system, and maintenance service for the City’s EOC and BDA systems, radio communication systems and related electronic equipment. Maintenance shall include all necessary labor, material, parts, and test equipment needed to service, repair, adjust, and/or replace the two-way radio communications and all EOC and BDA related equipment as listed on Appendix A. Maintenance services to be provided shall be authorized by a five (5) year contract as follows: A three (3) year base contract with two (2) additional one-year extensions upon satisfactory completion of the base contract, subject to staff recommendation and approval of the City Manager or City Council.
