Description
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, equipment, ladders, tools, supplies and
mobility necessary to perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and related maintenance on an “as needed” basis including but not limited to: replace and/or repair public restroom plumbing facilities, apparatus or fixtures, investigate and mitigate sewer drain problems, and drain cleaning at various City locations in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
