As requested by the Facilities Management Division the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division has issued this Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Construction Managers in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached.
