Description
The County of Louisa, Virginia shall accept sealed bids for New Holding Cell Construction at the Louisa County General District Court. The above referenced project consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, and fees for the construction of an approximate 1,000 square foot, single story addition at the rear of the existing courthouse. This facility will house new holding cells in support of the court function. The project will also include replacement of major HVAC equipment inside the existing court facility. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum base bid. Q&A due by 5pm, 8/18/21. Bonds required.
