Description
Install two 16 inch HDPE sludge transfer lines and one 30 inch HDPE reclaimed line under the Colorado River from the South Austin Regional (SAR) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Falwell Lane and connecting to existing pipelines servicing the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant.
