Description
Arlington County, Virginia Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Facilities Design and Construction (FD&C) will be constructing a new group home which will house five Arlington residents with various developmental disabilities. The new construction will consist of a detached single-family residence and site improvement work. The project will be seeking Viridiant’s Earthcraft Residential certification and Net Zero Ready Facility using Viridiant’s Net Zero program. Q&A due by 5pm, 8/11/21. Bonds required.
