Description
The scope of work involves acoustic treatment modifications at 40 homes near Fresno Yosemite International Airport which includes replacement of windows, sliding glass doors and exterior doors with acoustically rated units and the installation of negative ventilation systems. Other items of work may include the modification of existing heating, cooling and air conditioning systems or the installation of new heating, cooling and air conditioning systems, and the fabrication and installation of baffles. Project duration is 270 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE Goals apply.
