2021 Traffic Signal Maintenance and Repair, Watertown, MA

This is a three-year provisional Contract. In general, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the service, maintenance, alteration, installation, and repair of all traffic signals, electrical traffic control devices, and related items currently owned and operated by the Town of Watertown (“the Owner”) on an on-call, as needed basis, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, for a period commencing upon the date of execution of this Contract and ending twelve (12) months thereafter. Options, at the discretion of the DPW Superintendent, to extend the contract for an additional two (2) twelve (12) month periods thereafter. In addition, the Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of routine preventative maintenance of all traffic signals owned and operated by the Owner including replacement of inoperable vehicular or pedestrian signal indications with new LED indications at locations to be specified by the Owner during the respective Contract period.
