Description
Scope of Services The Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida (hereafter, “County”) ", is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified Construction Management Contractors, who have been in business for a minimum of five (5) years, for the construction of a new Emergency Operations Center in Brevard County, Florida. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the construction of a new Emergency Operations Center (EOC) of approximately 47,500 square feet, and is to be located at 1751 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, FL 32955. The EOC will be constructed per Plans and Specifications designed and developed by Schenkel & Shultz, Inc. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
