Description

The project is located on Avenue C, SW between First Street South and 5th Street SW and on Second Street, SW between Avenue C, SW and Avenue G, SW. It includes a “complete street” treatment to the existing corridor. Work includes roadway modifications, drainage, multiuse path, sidewalks, on-street parking, intersection improvements, cross walks, pavement markings, conduits, curbing, street signs landscaping and other associated work. The project must achieve substantial completion within 275 Consecutive Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project must then have all punch list items completed within 30 Calendar Days after substantial completion has been achieved. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages. DBE Goal: 10.65%
