Sewer separation, water renewal and streetscape improvements across approximately 65 acres of Somerville in the Spring Hill neighborhood. Sewer Separation includes including approximately 10,200 linear feet of sewer rehabilitation and replacement of 8” to 30” sewers, installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of 12” to 42” drain and associated structures, and services. Renewal of approximately 16,600 linear feet of 6” to 14” water mains and associated services. Streetscape improvements include complete streets improvements on Summer Street, Central Street and School Street including approximately 5,400 linear feet of improved bicycle facilities, sidewalk replacement, including area-wide improvements including pavement resurfacing, curb extensions, raised crossings, green storm water infrastructure, landscaping and expansion of the urban forestry canopy.
