Description
Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking a qualified contractor to improve the foundation level of one residence at Choke Canyon State Park, Calliham Unit, in Calliham, McMullen County, Texas in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions as set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contractor shall field verify all aspects of this facility to properly repair the foundation level. Pictures, descriptions etc. are for reference purposes only and shall not
be used as the sole source of information to bid this project. No alterations shall be made to this residence without prior review and approval by TPWD. All Work shall be completed as soon as possible. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
