Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete and full implementation of the proposed tree clearing within the discharge channel located at the Spruce Run Reservoir including all miscellaneous and associated site work and all else required to meet the intent of this project. The work shall include the removal of all trees and woody vegetation within the proposed limit of disturbance noted on the Contract Drawings The Contractor will be required to Substantially Complete all work within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. DBE goals 25%. Prevailing wages apply.
