Description
The proposed improvements consist of the cleaning, television inspection and evaluation
of approximately 10.5 miles of selected sewer pipelines and manholes at Madera Rd,
Country Club Drive, Wood Ranch Parkway, Easy Street, and Arroyo Simi as indicated on
the Location Map (Appendix C). The sewer segments are located in the public right-ofway and easements. Coordination with property owners and a City Encroachment Permit
will be required. All work to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
