Description
The intent of these specifications is for the Township of Marlboro to secure a contract for snowplowing services on an "on-call" basis depending upon the character of the annual snow season as to frequency and quantity of snowfall. The term of this contract shall be for one year with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2021. This bid includes one (1) commuter parking section located at Route 9 and Texas Road (BASE) and one (1) commuter parking section located at Route 9 and Union Hill Road (ALTERNATE). The facility at Route 9 and Texas Road consists of approximately 225,000 square feet of parking area, 1000 linear feet of sidewalk and two (2) bus shelters. The facility at Route 9 and Union Hill Road consists of approximately 345,000 square feet of parking area, 2,580 linear feet of sidewalk and two (2) bus shelters. Bonds required.
