Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for the repair and restoration of roof projects at the following two (2) sites: Restorative Justice and Community Empowerment Center, 733 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401 and Golden Hill Office Building, 239 Golden Hill Ln.,
Kingston, NY, 12401. The Contract period will be from date of award to satisfactory completion of the roofing restoration project or December 31, 2021, whichever occurs first. Deadline for questions is August 5, 2021 by 3:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
