Description
Provide construction renovation to the second floor of the Yolo County Building at 100 West Court St Woodland, CA for the Yolo County General Services Department per specifications. The building is an existing two-story office building in the city of Woodland, California. The extent of the work is limited to the entire second floor, comprising of 9,998 square feet of typical office space. The project scope includes the asbestos abatement, demolition and renovation of existing restroom facilities, breakroom, storage/equipment areas, and offices, including new cubicle workstations that are Owner Furnished and Owner Installed. Renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems to integrate with the renovated office layout are included. Bonds and Prevailing Wages.
